I just wanted to let you know that the ring is absolutely beautiful and my son loves it. So many have complimented on the craftsmanship and the style. I brag and tell them where I got. I can't thank you all enough, my son knew that money was tight since my salary was cut in half and he didn't want to ask me for a class ring, when I contacted the company the school was using I knew I could never afford one for him. I am so glad that I found you on the internet your website was true to form, easy to use, and the ring was reasonably priced; six weeks was along time but the smile that was on his face when he opened that little box was definitely worth the wait.

The class ring I ordered for my daughter was promised in six-weeks but we received it in two weeks. The ring was beautiful and the details were just as promised. We priced the exact same ring with Balfour and with the diamond upgrade the ring would have been $525.00, that is $135.00 more than we spent with your company.

I just wanted to formally thank you for a "job well done". We received my son's class ring over the weekend and words can't express the excitement and delight I felt when I opened the box to see the actual class ring. The quality and detail are absolutely wonderful and the price is "sooooo" affordable!!!

My quick story...We ordered on-line and when it came to choosing a mascot, the Michigan School for the Deaf's TARTAR was not listed as an option. But the notation stated if you didn't see your mascot, call the 800 number. I did and a great guy by the name of Fernando, ask that I email him an image of a Tartar, so he could forward this to his design department. I did and "Shazaam!!... when the ring arrived the Tartar was on the class ring... an exact image!!

Big "over the top" kudos to Dunham Manufacturing for making my son happy and me too since I paid the bill.

I could not be happier with the class ring you made me. (Okay - I'd be happier if I had never lost my original, but...!) Not only were your prices the best I could find, I believe I received the best customer service. Not only was your customer service rep so very pleasant in dealing with my making changes and answering questions but he was kind in tolerating my constant calls checking on the progress of my class ring. Best price, great customer service, and the class ring delivered before promised.
